If the walls are finished you need an enclosed pressure washing tool so it doesn’t ruin plasterboard, walls or cabinets.
A special tool is needed along with high pressure and hot water for proper treatment of stains, grease and transmission fluids.
It is always recommended that the floor be sealed after it is completely dry. You may use a clear sealer, epoxy sealer or special paint. Paint comes in different colors and after application, sand is added when the paint is still wet to make it non-slip.
Caution: Not properly pretreating or cleaning may cause special paint or epoxy to bubble or not stick.
Fans for drying may cause dirt and dust to be blown on top. Proper temperature is important for some products.
